This pose is great for those days when you feel like you've reached the end of your rope.
You just don't know how you're going to keep going. The fatigue and overwhelm have caught up with you and you need to recharge your batteries. It's not time to give up because you're very close to accomplishing what you set out to do.
Use this pose to restore your energy, to aid in digestion, and lift your spirits. Ultimately to be the boost you need to finish your current adventure.
