The fall is associated with air and air is often symbolic of thoughts and communication.
During this season of air you'll find times when your mind is racing and your thoughts are taking over. Maybe you even notice a disconnect between your heart's desires and the thoughts that are crossing the screen of your mind. Is there a place where you are cheating yourself out of your deepest wishes? Does it seem like a constant battle that leaves you exhausted?
These yoga poses will help you reconnect to your heart and emotions. They will ground you, calming your thoughts, and reconnecting you with the feelings that inspire you to pursue your dreams instead of just talk about them. This practice will created harmony between your mind and your heart.
