  • Happy Shoulders - recovery from leaf raking, pumpkin lifting, and general stress.
  • Release tight wrists - fabulous for getting an early start on writing holiday cards or throwing footballs! Hello family flag football game post Thanksgiving! Or there's always the mash potato savasana! 
  • Open Chest and Shoulders - boost your energy and immune system.
