  • Happy Lower Back - recovery from leaf raking
  • Build Strong Legs for pumpkin lifting
  • Release tight sides and increase reach for apple picking
  • Increased Stamina for fall hikes

 

TIME:

  • 8 minutes

 

props:

  • Wall or baseboard to place the outer edge of your foot against.  It's not absolutely necessary, just adds a nice bonus stretch.
