It is my joy to create a yoga practice that brings you into harmony with the Seasons! Detox in the Spring with twists and weed out the garden of your heart so your dreams can grow! Celebrate the sunshine of Summer and lose the knots in your shoulders, while you strengthen your core. Reap the rewards of your hard work in the Fall as you settle into groovy hip openers. And turn within for the Winter's introspective practice of restoratives, meditation, breath work to daydream and prepare for the new year.
